Return and Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and service. Due to the customized nature of our builds, our refund policy is as follows:

Custom PC Orders

• Custom PC orders are non-refundable once the build process has started.
• If you cancel before assembly begins, a partial refund may be issued. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days from the cancellation confirmation date.

Accessories

• Unopened accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued within 5–10 business days after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• We will arrange for a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
• Refunds for defective items (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return or inspection is completed.
